Imagine this. Eric Ogley is £ 150 over the limit, suffering from type 2 diabetes and depression. He goes to see a new doctor who left him an unconventional prescription. And he is also Petty, an overweight shelter dog. This inspiring read tells of the way this couple became friends and changed their lives together. Both of them lost weight for which they weighed 150 pounds, and O’Grey regained control of life and found happiness with love.
4. For Andie Mitchell, It Was Me All the Time:
This New York Times bestseller is about a Boston girl who was at ease with sweets and junk food. Andy Mitchell’s wake-up call came when he stepped on the scale at the age of 20 and saw a number he did not want to encounter. The following story is about partial weight loss (she loses about half of hers by eating moderately for balance) and self-acceptance and how Mitchell learns to love himself.
5. Always Too Much, Never Enough: Memoirs of Jasmine Singer:
In her amazing autobiography, the singer was able to take off £ 100 (some tricks to help included eliminating processed foods and juice fasts), heavy people were derailed by society.
